Extraordinary by Design Devotional

Before anyone spoke words over your life, God already had intention for you.

Psalm 139 reminds us that we were formed, known, and carefully designed by the Creator Himself:

“For you formed my inward parts;
you knitted me together in my mother’s womb.
I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made.”
— Psalm 139:13–14

God does not create accidentally. From the very beginning, He designed women with purpose, value, and identity rooted in Him.

There may be moments when you do not feel extraordinary. Life, insecurity, disappointment, comparison, or fear can distort the way we see ourselves. But feelings do not redefine truth. God’s design remains true even when our confidence wavers.

Just as our feelings don't perfectly reflect reality, neither do our emotions change the truth of what God has already spoken over us.

You were created intentionally.
Known fully.
Loved deeply.
Designed with purpose.

Whether you are newly exploring your identity in Christ or have walked with Him for years, His invitation remains the same: trust Him enough to believe what He says about you.

Ask Him:

“Lord, in what ways did You design me to be extraordinary?”

Then walk boldly in the answer.
