Shipping policy
1. When will I receive my order?
Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days and shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after that, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
2. How are your products made?
All our items are made on demand, just for you. We hand press each product and ship your order once it’s placed. This helps reduce waste and keep things sustainable.
3. What if I ordered the wrong size or color?
Because all products are custom printed when you order, we can’t offer returns or exchanges for wrong size or color. Please double-check the size guide on each product page before ordering!
4. My item arrived damaged or incorrect—what should I do?
We’ve got your back. If your item is damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery at customerservice@wildfruitco.com with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right.
5. Do you accept returns or refunds?
We only offer replacements or refunds for items that are defective, misprinted, or incorrectly fulfilled. We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or color. Every item is made just for you, so we appreciate your understanding.
6. Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
Once an order is placed, it enters production quickly—so changes (like size, color, address) are not guaranteed. Email us ASAP at customerservice@wildfruitco.com, and we’ll do our best to catch it in time.
7. Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide! Shipping times and rates vary based on location and will be calculated at checkout.
8. Who makes your products?
We design and produce everything at Wild Fruit Co. Our apparel blanks and DTF transfers are sourced from leading partners print throughout the Midwest.
9. How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If you didn’t get it, email us and we’ll help you out.
