Return Policy
- We only accept returns or replacements for items that are damaged, misprinted, or incorrectly fulfilled.
- All claims must be submitted with photo evidence within 30 days of delivery to customerservice@wildfruitco.com.
- At this time we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, including wrong size or color. Every product is made to order!
- Orders with incorrect shipping info or that are unclaimed will not be refunded. Reshipping is at the customer’s expense.
- Items marked as delivered by the carrier but not received are not eligible for refund or reshipment.
