Official Terms and Conditions

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

The Wild Fruit Co. Easter Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Wild Fruit Co., located in Wisconsin, United States (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, owners, and immediate family members of Wild Fruit Co. are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on March 11, 2026 and ends on April 6th, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central Time (CT).

Entries received after this time will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter:

A. Purchase Entry

Customers who make a purchase at Wild Fruit Co. between the Sweepstakes start date and March 14, 2026 at 11:59 PM CT will automatically receive five (5) entries into the Sweepstakes.

Each qualifying purchase equals five entries.

B. Alternative Method of Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

To enter without making a purchase, participants may do the following:

  1. Follow Wild Fruit Co.
  2. Like this post
  3. Share to your stories
  4. Tag a friend you’d bring to the concert

On Instagram or Facebook or any social media platform Limit one (1) no-purchase entry per person during the Sweepstakes period.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

  • Two (2) Wild Fruit Co. shirts selected from a limited available collection

  • Two (2) tickets to the Phil Wickham “Songs of the Saints” Tour featuring Tauren Wells and Jamie MacDonald on May 14, 2026 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $200 USD.

Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes period.

The drawing will take place on or about Wed April 8th

7. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified via email or direct message within 3 days of the drawing.

If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

8. Publicity Release

By entering, participants agree that Wild Fruit Co. may use the winner’s first name, last initial, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

Wild Fruit Co. is not responsible for:

  • lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries
  • technical errors or website failures
  • any injury or damage resulting from participation or use of the prize

10. Release

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or any social media platform.

Participants release these platforms from any liability related to the Sweepstakes.

11. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the promotion.

12. Winner List

within 30 days of the drawing date.
